Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

You can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your item.
Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Important: Do not send items back without approval.

- Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions.
- You do not need to send items back to AliExpress suppliers; we handle refunds directly.

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must be in the same condition as received, with proof of purchase.
Refunds for EU orders may be processed without requiring the item to be returned, depending on the situation.

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@drainova.eu so we can resolve the issue.
In many cases, you may receive a replacement or refund without returning the item.

Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
