Note: All orders are fulfilled via AliExpress suppliers using DSers. Customers do not return items to suppliers; refunds are handled directly.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders are shipped via third-party carriers, typically from AliExpress suppliers via DSers.

  • Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are not guaranteed (see Shipping Policy).

  • Once items are handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

  • Customers are responsible for customs or import duties, if applicable.

  • Drainova is powered by Shopify, but all sales are directly with Drainova.
